The next time you go to IKEA, you may be able to pick up a renewable energy system along with disassembled shelving and those delicious cinnamon rolls. The Swedish furnishing giant has announced that it will begin selling residential solar panels in the United Kingdom. Sales of the panels, which are produced by Hanergy in China, kick off today in IKEA’s Southampton store.
